Brighton Beach resort passes £5,000 hotel accommodation with spa

Brighton Beach has signed a deal with luxury hotel developer Baker’s Cay to build a luxury spa and spa hotel in the resort, with a further £5 million earmarked to upgrade the surrounding shopping precinct.

The development, which is being built on a plot of land next to the beach, will have a spa, luxury apartments and hotels on a mixed use site.

The resort pass will include accommodation for 1,000 guests and an optional car park with storage for a luxury motorbike.

The developer, who has developed luxury hotels in the US and Italy, also said the resort would open to the public in 2023, with the resort car park being opened by 2023.

The site is next to a site on the Brighton seafront which is currently occupied by the site of the Brighton Airport.

The Brighton Beach Resort Pass was approved by Brighton Council on Thursday.
